Cancellation policy All cancellations occurring within 48 hours will be charged 1/2 of your service FEE. All cancellations occurring within 24 hours or less will be charged a FULL SERVICE FEE. If you choose to rebook- you must pay the cancellation fee before rebooking or you will not be able to rebook an appointment. If your card is on file (all cards must be starting January 1, 2023, we reserve the right to charge your card for the fee incurred. We reserve the right to terminate our relationship with you as therapist and client, should the terms of this policy be violated. All instances are on a case by case basis to be evaluated by each *individual therapist Please note that you must CALL OR TEXT or cancel via the app,the therapist with your cancellation. Facebook and other messages will not be honored for cancellation. *If cancellation occurs within the time frame stated above and you are using a gift card for payment, we reserve the right to make said gift card null and void for payment of services.
